💰 Payment Terms

• 50% advance payment required for service confirmation
• Balance payment due upon service completion
• All payments are non-refundable after work commencement
• Prices are subject to change with prior notice
• All rates are in Indian Rupees (INR)

📅 Project Timeline

• Project timelines are estimated and communicated before start
• Delays due to client feedback or changes may extend timeline
• Urgent requests may have additional charges
• Live training sessions are scheduled via Google Meet

📦 Digital Product Delivery

• All digital products delivered via email or Google Drive
• Source code, themes, and templates provided in standard formats
• Installation support provided for WordPress and other platforms
• Custom modifications require additional charges

🔒 Intellectual Property

• All digital products created by Work By Kaif are the intellectual property of Work By Kaif
• Clients receive full usage rights for their purchased products
• Reselling or redistributing our digital products is strictly prohibited
• Credit backlinks to Work By Kaif are appreciated but not mandatory

📧 Communication Policy

• Primary communication via WhatsApp and email
• Live sessions conducted via Google Meet
• Response time: Within 24 hours
• Support available 24/7 for urgent queries

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

📅 Cancellation Timelines

• More than 7 days before start: Full refund (minus 10% processing fee)
• 3 to 7 days before start: 50% refund of total amount
• Less than 3 days before start: No refund
• No-show / Same-day cancellation: No refund

💳 Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Processing fees and taxes are non-refundable
• Service fees for work already completed are non-refundable
